Before confirming an order

Delivery availability, fees, timing, and the final total must be confirmed with mek Oort before you agree to an order.

Delivery areas & fees

Postal delivery: 1–2 items cost ฿50; 3 or more items cost ฿100. Messenger delivery costs ฿200. Item quantities are added across all products in your bag.

These rates were confirmed by mek Oort on 7 November 2026. The team will confirm service coverage and whether your products require chilled transport before accepting your order.

For kombucha, the original shipping guidance recommends motorcycle delivery around Bangkok and chilled delivery to other provinces. Standard postal delivery may not provide chilled transport; please confirm the suitable service with the team.

Coverage, dispatch dates, and transit times are not published as fixed guarantees. Share your district and postcode with the team to receive a delivery estimate. Other products may have different shipping requirements.

Storage

Keep kombucha below 8°C and consume before the date on the label to preserve its quality.

For other products, follow the storage instructions and expiry date on each product label.

Damaged items, returns & refunds

Contact mek Oort about damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Include your order reference and photos of the product and packaging to help the team assess the issue.

A fixed claim deadline, return-shipping responsibility, and refund or replacement policy have not yet been confirmed here. Please ask the team for these terms before agreeing to an order.
